The hotel was the perfect location for exploring the area, with great amenities nearby. the staff was exceptionally polite and everything was excellent. the pool was nice, and I enjoyed cold drinks at the main bar. the central location was a bonus, and I had a great dining experience at the lobby restaurant. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here.

Outstanding cuisine, the place is neat.

The rooms are nice cozy and top-notch, equipped with flat screen cable TV, good Internet, and an iron. The location is central, close enough to the wonderful Lebanese restaurant, Al Mukhtar and a normal taxi and downtown, as well as nearby restaurants and other tourist attractions.

Good safe feeling on arrival at Hotel. Good food available in large choice of venues in the Hotel

Poor Breakfast service, mainly due to high volume of client during Eid Holiday, managment could help more when they see staff under pressure rather than just issuing out instructions. Should be more information on the Royal Club facilities rather than just a single statement on arrival which would not be fully explained or understood due to tiedness of the client.
